- Is it really free to try?
- Yes. You get a set of free previews every day and pay only when you order something.
- Can I get a refund?
- You can cancel for a full refund any time before printing starts. Because each item is made for one person, we cannot refund or take returns after it ships. If it arrives damaged or misprinted we reprint it free.
- Will anyone else get my design?
- A design made from your own description is yours alone: we never sell it to other customers. The starter ideas we suggest are shared examples that anyone can order.
- Why was my idea turned down?
- We can't print brand logos, copyrighted characters, real people's likenesses or adult content. Describe an original take and we will happily make it.
