A mug is not a poster. Each product gets a composition of its own, and the preview you approve is the artwork that goes to print.

Someone makes exactly one
A professional print lab prints yours to order, as close to you as we can manage, and posts it to your door with tracking.

What we promise
What you approve is what gets printed
No surprises between the screen and the parcel. The picture you say yes to is the one sent to the press, at the size you chose.
Made once, for you
There is no warehouse and no stock. Yours is printed after you order it, and a design made from your own words is never sold to anyone else.
We say what printing cannot do
If neon will print flat, or fine lines will soften on canvas, you hear it from us before you pay, not from the parcel.
If it arrives wrong, we make it again
Damaged or misprinted? A photo is all we need. A free replacement goes to print and there is nothing to send back.
Who we are
Figment is a small, independent shop. The drawing is done by AI, directed for the product each picture will be printed on. The making is done by professional print labs. The care in between is ours: honest previews, sizes that would print soft kept off the list, and a free reprint when something arrives wrong.
One thing we will not draw is somebody else's work. No brand logos, no famous characters, no real people's faces. Everything else you can imagine is fair game, and the stranger the better.
You can cancel free until printing starts, and tell us about anything that arrives damaged within 30 days. The details are on the shipping and returns page. Questions about an order are answered fastest from its own page; for anything else, write to help@madebyfigment.com.
