Every review here comes from an order placed with Figment, and we publish them good or bad.
How reviews work here
- Only someone who ordered can review: the link is on the order's private page, and in an email to the address it was ordered with, two weeks after it ships.
- Every customer is asked once, in the same way, whatever happened with their order.
- We publish every review, good or bad, and never change what anyone writes. One is held back only for private details, abuse or nothing about the order.
- We never pay for reviews, reward them or ask for good ones, and we never copy reviews from anywhere else.
