Can we add our names or a date?
Yes, a short line of lettering. Keep it short so it prints cleanly, and check the spelling in the preview before you order.
Our photo is a selfie. Will that work?
Usually, yes: the faces are what is kept, and the setting is drawn from your words. A sharp, well-lit photo of both faces gives the best result.
How long does it take?
Each product page says how long it takes to make and ship, and the studio shows the delivery line for the option you choose. Most pieces made in the US arrive within about two weeks.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
It is reprinted or refunded, free. Report it from your order page within 30 days of delivery, with a photo.
Can I cancel or return it?
You can cancel free of charge until printing starts. After that we cannot take change-of-mind returns on a piece made to order, but anything faulty is replaced or refunded.
