Questions people ask

Will it change what they drew?
No. Everything in the drawing is kept: the number of legs, the colour of the sun, the size of the dog. Only the finish changes, and you choose how much.
The drawing is faint pencil. Will it work?
Photograph it in daylight, straight on, and say in the note what it shows. The clearer the photo, the closer the result.
How long does it take?
Each product page says how long it takes to make and ship, and the studio shows the delivery line for the option you choose. Most pieces made in the US arrive within about two weeks.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
It is reprinted or refunded, free. Report it from your order page within 30 days of delivery, with a photo.
Can I cancel or return it?
You can cancel free of charge until printing starts. After that we cannot take change-of-mind returns on a piece made to order, but anything faulty is replaced or refunded.
