Questions people ask

Can every child's name go on it?
A few words print cleanly; a long list does not. Put the class name and the year on the picture, and the names in the card.
Can we order one for each of us?
Yes. Order the picture on a mug for the teacher and a print for the classroom; it is kept for you to order again.
How long does it take?
Each product page says how long it takes to make and ship, and the studio shows the delivery line for the option you choose. Most pieces made in the US arrive within about two weeks.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
It is reprinted or refunded, free. Report it from your order page within 30 days of delivery, with a photo.
Can I cancel or return it?
You can cancel free of charge until printing starts. After that we cannot take change-of-mind returns on a piece made to order, but anything faulty is replaced or refunded.
