I only have a photo of the venue from the invitation.
That works. The building's own shape, door and setting are kept and the rest is drawn from your words. Say the season and the time of day.
Can the names and the date go on it?
Yes, in a short line under the picture. Check the spelling in the preview before you order.
How long does it take?
Each product page says how long it takes to make and ship, and the studio shows the delivery line for the option you choose. Most pieces made in the US arrive within about two weeks.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
It is reprinted or refunded, free. Report it from your order page within 30 days of delivery, with a photo.
Can I cancel or return it?
You can cancel free of charge until printing starts. After that we cannot take change-of-mind returns on a piece made to order, but anything faulty is replaced or refunded.
