  • A name and the years can be added. Lettering is kept short so it prints cleanly; check the spelling in the preview.

Questions people ask

Is the photo copied?
No. The picture is drawn new in the style you ask for, with the likeness kept faithfully. Your photo is used only as the reference.
Can I take my time?
Yes. Nothing is made until you order. Save the design to your email and come back to it whenever you are ready.
How long does it take?
Each product page says how long it takes to make and ship, and the studio shows the delivery line for the option you choose. Most pieces made in the US arrive within about two weeks.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
It is reprinted or refunded, free. Report it from your order page within 30 days of delivery, with a photo.
Can I cancel or return it?
You can cancel free of charge until printing starts. After that we cannot take change-of-mind returns on a piece made to order, but anything faulty is replaced or refunded.
