Family portraits from a photo

The people you love, drawn.

Attach a photo of the family, or one of each person, and describe the picture you have in mind: the style, the setting, the season. Everyone is drawn together in one picture, even from separate snapshots. See it framed, on canvas or as a puzzle, made to order.

Free to preview. No account needed. You only pay if you order.

What it can be printed on

Good to know

  • A photo of your own family or friends is yours to use. We draw a new picture from it in the style you ask for; we never copy the photo itself.
  • Photographed the children one at a time? Attach a photo of each, say who is in it, and they are drawn together as if they had posed for it.
  • Faces come out close rather than exact. Paint over anything you want changed and say what should be there.

Questions people ask

We have no photo of everyone together. Does that matter?
No. Attach a photo of each person and say who is in it; they are drawn together in one picture, at one scale and in one light, as if they had posed for it.
How close are the faces?
Close rather than exact: each person is recognisably themselves, in the style you ask for. You see the picture before you pay and can change any part of it.
How long does it take?
Each product page says how long it takes to make and ship, and the studio shows the delivery line for the option you choose. Most pieces made in the US arrive within about two weeks.
What if it arrives damaged or misprinted?
It is reprinted or refunded, free. Report it from your order page within 30 days of delivery, with a photo.
Can I cancel or return it?
You can cancel free of charge until printing starts. After that we cannot take change-of-mind returns on a piece made to order, but anything faulty is replaced or refunded.
